That's right. Things.
First of all, there's the (hopefully) snazzy looking journal. Don't think I did the CSS myself. I cheated and used one of those free journal creator thingies, but did it in the style of my portfolio at it's new domain of www.sam-turner.com
I felt that 18-55mm was just too complicated to say out loud to people and was hard to remember (unless you're a photograhy enthusiast). I've still got that domain too though.
I went out yesterday to High Force, which is a pretty big waterfall (by England's standards) on the River Tees. Being the doofus I am, I left the platform bit of my tripod at home (the thing that attaches to the camera with the screw). I was pretty gutted, and had to use my own 'glove + flat rocks' tripod system. They turned out alright, so I'll edit some and upload them.
Also, went to this nature reserve place with lots of deer, so I got some nice shots there. Although, here's a tip for you guys. Wildlife photography with a 50mm prime lens is pretty challenging. Try telephotos.
So, expect some creative deer portraiture soon.
I won't be uploading too much stuff soon 'cause I need to prepare for AS exams!
Anything interesting going on with you guys?
Sam
