Tutorial Index are holding a competition where you have to design their new template.
This is a totally different style for me. I'm very pleased with it, despite some flaws, because I have managed to to something other than my usual style, which mainly involves small and simple designs.
Good luck to everyone who does enter. I know that there are already some brilliant entries.

Oh, the colour rating thing isn't my idea. It was taken from their current site, I just changed the squares to circles.
